Why I Made a Podcast About Books and Blockchains: Timeout with the Crazy Magnolian

When I was young, I was such a curious kid. I always asked a million questions. That eventually led me to books. I enjoyed the smell of new pages, the excitement of turning them, and the amazing stories that would come alive. In high school, I fell in love with John Grisham’s book, “A Time to Kill.” The thrilling story and captivating writing hooked me, making me even more passionate about books.

After high school, I joined the Army and started working in IT. I learned a lot about computers and technology during that time, and it made me curious about how technology could change the world of books. Some changes were great, while others were not. I wanted to find out more about these changes, especially the ones happening because of something called blockchain.

So, I decided to make a podcast called “Timeout with the Crazy Magnolian” where I could talk about books and blockchains. In the podcast, we learn about how owning digital books is changing, how people can start online book clubs, and how technology can help us protect the world’s most important stories.

I created this podcast to share my love for books and my fascination with technology. Combining these two passions helps me explore how technology, like blockchain, can make reading even more exciting. So, if you love books and are curious about technology like I am, join me on this adventure! Together, we’ll learn about the future of storytelling and have lots of fun along the way.
